Incident – Dashboard Unavailable

Status: Investigating
Impact: Dashboard is currently inaccessible for some or all users

We are aware of an issue causing the dashboard to be unavailable. Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore access as quickly as possible.

Incident – Alarm Image Issue (DahuaCloudArc Devices)

Status: Escalated 
Impact: Alarm images not loading for DahuaCloudArc devices

We are currently experiencing an issue with alarm images not displaying correctly for devices connected via DahuaCloudArc. The issue has been escalated and we are actively working with the Dahua support team to identify and resolve the root cause.

We will continue to provide updates as we make progress. Thank you for your patience.

If you are facing issue related to streaming then please restart the local mode once and try again.

Windows --> Services --> Genesis Local mode service --> Right click and restart.

    Talos Login URL:

    The Talos URL has been updated from http://talos-app.io/ to http://talos.evalink.io/

    Please Note: If you are using Genesis then it is advised to use "Talos Workflow" page to access Talos instead of accessing the Talos page separately. Also, it is not advised to login both Genesis (Talos CMS/Workflow) and Talos (Direct access via the above link) pages simultaneously.

    Latest local mode version - 2.7.5


    PLEASE NOTE: To install the latest local mode version the system must have been logged in as an administrator.

    If you are installing this version of local mode with out the Admin access then it will ask for the Admin credentials twice.

    Please wait for a minute (or until the local mode icon closes in the taskbar) and restart the System.
